SolveIt is a multifunctional AI assistant platform that provides 8 AI-powered tools including text summarisation, translation, idea generation, writing assistance, email management, problem solving, planning, and file organisation. The service is available through subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the service only for lawful purposes

4. Subscription and Payments

SolveIt offers the following subscription plans:

• Free: $0/month — Limited access with 5 uses per day
• Starter: $9.99/month — Unlimited uses, all 8 tools, 3 languages
• Pro: $24.99/month — Everything in Starter plus all 6 languages and API access
• Business: $99/month — Up to 10 users, white label option, custom tools

All payments are processed securely. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with SolveIt, contact us at afrodigitalhub0@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SolveIt to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorisation

7. Intellectual Property

SolveIt and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AfroDigitalHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content generated by our AI tools belongs to you, subject to these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

SolveIt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of SolveIt after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
